Pre-School Report Card

I don't remember the name of the school and it's been gone a long time. I do remember being in my first car accident whil dad was driving me to school. It was very icy and cold and we were in the old jeep wagon. One place on 13th street was so slippery, that the jeep just slid into the curb - steering and 4 wheel drive and brakes were of no use. I got a bloody lip from hitting the dash - no seat belts or air bags and there were no rules about car seats or kids in the front seat.
